Are you trauma informed?

Yes, I use many different therapeutic based practices grounded in trauma work to support your families unique needs and issues. These include EMDR, Attachment Based Theories, Structural Family Therapy, Strengths Based, and the use of Behavioral Therapies.

Are you faith based?

While I don’t subscribe to a particular faith, I am able to utilize your family’s beliefs in my work.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes, I do. I can provide trauma work inside the state of California and Parent Coaching out of the state of California per my licensure.

Are you able to work with families who are divorced or have restraining orders?

Yes, this type of work takes a unique ability to navigate multiples peoples positions while making sure the focus is on connecting with your child.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. I can provide a super bill for your to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits.
