Families come in all shapes, sizes, and dynamics. Helping your unique family grow and connect is my specialty. Even in situations of adoption and foster care, I am here to help.
As a mental health provider and family counselor, I help all members of your family feel SEEN, VALUED, and HEARD. These are core aspects of us that, if neglected, can have long lasting negative effects on our mental health and ability to connect with others.
I believe families can heal, learn to connect with one another, and move toward a happy, healthy family.
